The plots for sale

Project Snow Adventure is located in the heart of the lovely village Mayens de Chamoson. The 14 plots are positioned at the ideal altitude of 1300 metres above sea level. All of them have different sizes (742m2 up to 1296m2) and characteristics. It is advised to visit the plots prior to a purchase because, although they are close to each other, the views change considerably!

The views from the plots are impressive because of the dramatic mountains in front. Therefore the view will change every day depending on the season and weather.
Access to the entire project is effortless because of the horizontal road leading up to it. Besides, from Geneva International Airport it less than a 2 hour drive! On a 5 minute drive lies Ovronnaz with its famous SPA and ski-area.

The chalets for sale

We have already obtained the building permission for each one of the chalets. Therefore, in case you would like to build a secondary home, it is possible despite the new Weber legislation! Even if you are a foreigner. No problem whatsoever!

It is possbe possible to build in traditional Alpine style, blending the architecture seamlessly with the surrounding area. Each chalet consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 145m2.
